Exit Strategy
Whether you are planning a near term exit event or not, it is good practice to have a positive exit strategy in mind. Whilst there is absolutely no compulsion to buy or sell a relationship with Veracity will facilitate one of three outcomes:
- Third Party Outsourced Service Provider - Our primary relationship with adviser firms will be one of third party consultancy and outsourced analysis and administration. If working with us in this capacity the adviser firm will only ever have an arm’s length relationship with Veracity and will determine its own destiny and exit strategy.
- Collegiate User Group Forum - A key benefit of working with Veracity is being able to access a like minded 'think tank' of other Veracity users. This facilitates introductions between parties looking to both buy and sell their businesses to each other.
- The Leading Brand in Fee Based Wealth Management in the UK - Our intention is to establish a market leading presence in the fee based wealth management space. As we work closely together and get to know your business and personnel we may look to have a more formal relationship. Many advisers share our view of a business model that truly aligns the interests of the clients, the staff and the shareholders. For some businesses this may result in us providing the exit strategy and for others, earlier in their career, they may be attracted to helping us build the vision we have for the type of scalable advice business that we do not believe exists in the sector today.
