Our History

Veracity's origins lie in the Asset Migration Division of the advice businesses previously run by the Veracity management team. The original precursor to the Asset Transformation Service was launched in 2004 and it has continued to evolve ever since.

With over seven years’ experience in managing the transformation and platform adoption strategy of advisers and helping more than 100 advisers migrate over £500 million of legacy assets to date, Veracity is well placed to take advisers on the journey to the RDR friendly fee based service model.

Veracity Management Buy Out

In January 2011 the Veracity Management Team completed the buy out of the Veracity Asset Transformation Service from Macquarie Bank International. The completion of this buy-out enables Veracity to continue to help businesses with their transformation journey, enabling them to be RDR ready and prepared for the new challenges ahead in the adviser market post 2012.
